Training for Our Members

The training provided to Junior League of Albuquerque members is what sets us apart from other volunteer organizations. As part of our mission to "develop the potential of women" we strive to give women the skills and confidence to be strong civic leaders. We believe by empowering women with these skills, we also enforce our mission to "improve our community" through their service and skilled leadership.

JLAU, or Junior League of Albuquerque University is the committee that focuses on bringing  in speakers from our community as well as from our membership. Areas in which we provide training are: leadership and governance, personal development, community awareness, fundraising, and league knowledge.
