The Junior League of Albuquerque’s Board of Directors ensures the future of the entire organization at all levels. Board members act as trustees and stewards on behalf of our members, including financial management of the League.
The Management Team provides vision across our multiple Council systems – which includes Community, Fund Development, and Member Development. These women make sure that all our League programs are consistent with our mission and that our strategy is pushed forward according to yearly strategic priorities.

Natalia Griffin, President
Natalia Griffin has been a dedicated member of the Junior League for 17 years, including over 9 years with the Junior League of Albuquerque, where she previously served as Executive Vice President. She has also contributed her expertise to the board of Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity, holding positions as President and Treasurer.
Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Natalia holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in International Business from St. Louis University. Currently, she is the Finance Director/CFO of the Global Warranty Division of AIG. Natalia is married to her husband Mike, and they have 8-year-old triplets, Daniel, Victor, and Jeffrey who keep her busy.
Lauren has been a proud member of the Junior League of Albuquerque for four years, during which she has served as Membership Development Vice President and on the Nominating Committee.
Professionally, Lauren is the Construction Finance Manager at DXD Capital, a private equity self-storage development company. She is also the founder and president of Girls Above Society, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting self-confidence and leadership skills in young girls.
Originally from Houston, she earned her degree in Clinical Psychology and Communication from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. In her free time, Lauren enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling.
Tasha Olander, Operations Vice President
Tasha Olander is an Albuquerque native who loves the scenery and beauty that New Mexico offers. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2016 from UNM, concentrating in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership. In 2022, she received her Master of Human Resource Management degree, specializing in Organizational Leadership and Change Management from Colorado State University.
Outside of work and JLA, Tasha takes every opportunity to travel, visit Disneyland, and enjoy concerts of her favorite artists.
Tassi Rodriguez, Governance Director
Tassi Rodriguez grew up in Los Angeles, California. In 2008, she graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing, a Bachelors of Science in Finance, and a minor in Economics. In 2021, to further her professional career in Human Resources, she earned her Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global
Campus.
In 2015, Tassi, her husband James, and son Zander, loaded their Prius with essential items, and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico with no plan. They moved to enjoy a different pace of life. Shortly after moving, she was installed as the District 2 Board Member for Keeping Rio Rancho Beautiful, joined the Junior League of Albuquerque, and became a member and active volunteer at Sagebrush Church.
Tassi’s purpose in life is to elevate the lives of others. Through her work and volunteering efforts she’s been able to do just that. She strongly believes that through God anyone can achieve the extraordinary. When not working or volunteering, Tassi spends her time experiencing new things with James, Zander, and daughter Eva, like eating at Michelin Star restaurants, watching movies, and attending concerts. Life should be filled with love and adventures.

Management Team
Ashlee Wright, Community Engagement Vice President
Ashlee was born in Roswell, NM and raised in Albuquerque graduating from Highland High School in 2005. She attended the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!) and graduated with her B.A. in the Program of Liberal Studies in 2009. While at Notre Dame, Ashlee served on the Student Senate, as the Chair of the University Affairs Committee, and sat on the Executive Policy Board during her Senior year.
After surviving four Indiana winters, she immediately returned home to the Land of Enchantment.
She graduated from UNM School of Law in 2014. While in law school, she clerked for NM Legal Aid and the Southwest Women’s Law Center. Her interest in the legal community led her to the Mexican American Law Student Association where she served as Vice-President during her second and third year of law school. She also coordinated the 17th Annual National Latina/o Law Student Association Conference in Santa Fe, New Mexico in September 2013.
Since graduating in 2014, Ashlee has been involved in many mentorship programs that assist students in reaching their goal of succeeding in the law Through local bar associations and has participated in the New Mexico Hispanic Bar Association Scholarship Committee. She has been a part of the Bar Exam Attorney Coach Program through the New Mexico State Bar’s Committee on Diversity since 2016. She has served on the Board of the New Mexico Hispanic Bar Association during the 2017-2018 term.
Since 2015 she has served on the Board of the Notre Dame Club of New Mexico and has been President of the Club since 2018.
She joined the Junior League of Albuquerque in January 2018. She has been on the Fund Development Committee since 2018 and acted as the co-Chair for the 2019 Red Carpet Affair. She has been the Vice President of Fund Development since 2020.
Ashlee enjoys Notre Dame Football, USWNT soccer, is in love with her three dogs (Paddington, Jemez, and Muffin) and hopes that one day she will actually get to everything on her to-do list.
Courtney Moberley Moreno, Membership Development Vice President
Courtney joined JLA after relocating from South Florida in late 2022. A University of Florida alumni, Courtney moved back to her hometown, Hollywood, FL, following graduation where she began a career in public relations. Courtney currently serves as Account Manager and Digital Marketing Leader for @Top of Mind Public Relations, a boutique communications agency with offices in South Florida; Washington, D.C.; and the Southwestern U.S.
